idk if they've (tomball) changed hands but the quality of and the the lack of management skills seem unfazed by down fall. the straw that broke the camel's back...last night we had a huge order which means we spent alot $$$ only to get there after waiting 3o mins to pick up and find out they had given our order to someone else so we had to wait another 30 mins...no sorrys no discounts no forgive us, they just remade it and it was all wrong the burgers weren't our way that we reqested...read full review
Took the boys here for dinner and we will definitely be back! The food was so fresh and tasty, and ready so quick. The server was so nice and the atmosphere is very laid back and family friendly.
Tried this place for the first time tonight. I had the small bacon cheeseburger and chili cheese fries. I was expecting actual strips of bacon not glorified bacon bits. Also the cheese on the chili cheese fries wasn’t melted. So, we finished our food and went to 5 below in the same parking lot and I literally threw up my whole meal in the parking lot. My guess is either the beef or cheese was bad. So, I definitely wont be going back.
