We decided to pop in here this evening since our daughter was at a sleepover. The service was great, the food was also pretty good. The only thing that made things a little weird was when the manager and our waitress started getting into about her getting cut for the evening. As a manager, he should’ve taken the employee aside, away from other employees and most importantly customers. Instead, he chose to have the conversation with her where everyone could hear. The manager, Trace, and our server Rena were the best. Drinks were never empty, food was fantastic, and the service we received went above and beyond. They were attentive, friendly, fun, and they never came to our table without a smile. We had just experienced the exact opposite of great service at another restaurant, making us leave there, and we will never go back. Walking into Chili's and being greeted with a smiling manager holding the door for us was a breath of fresh air!!!!
