Karely claims she is the manager. She is extreme rude. It’s ridiculous. We ordered a burrito and it was made as a bowl. My wife went back to have it remade and asked for the customer service number. Karely told my wife that we could either have the customer service number or have the food made right. But we couldn’t have both. They forgot the meat for my son's tacos. They served his meal with a rotten orange. When I call the store I'm asked by a computer to stay on the line, it rings then goes to a busy signal. I've called several times. I'm done with this place.

I been to other locations before and not ever they would run out of food. This location however always runs out and refuse to make more. It's only 9:00pm. Location management and staff needs to be either retrain or let
