OMG - there was a long black hair buried in my husband's burrito bowl Needless to say - we didn't eat the rest of our $40 order. I left the review below about the ridiculous pickup line during the 20 mins we were stuck in line - literally stuck, you can't get out of line because of the concrete curbs. Then we finally get home with food and can't eat it. HORRIBLE!! Always such a line that takes forever - dining in our take out. And the pickup lane is a joke. The service is always slow but makes me think they also let people wait for their order into be ready instead of making them pull up or get back in line. Pickup line should be fast!!! Orders are complete and paid for - let's go people.

Minuscule portions of protein, customer service reps can barely understand what I’m trying to convey because of a language barrier, quality of vegetable ingredients was lack luster. I used to love Chipotle, sounds like Cava will be gladly feeding my family from here on.

Karely claims she is the manager. She is extreme rude. It’s ridiculous. We ordered a burrito and it was made as a bowl. My wife went back to have it remade and asked for the customer service number. Karely told my wife that we could either have the customer service number or have the food made right. But we couldn’t have both. What kind of restaurant makes your food wrong and then doesn’t feel your entitled to a having your food remade and having customer services number? When you are inconvenienced by them, making the order wrong. I mean the bowl they made even the sticker they put on it said very clearly “BURRITO”. We have to drive 20 mins back one way to get the food remade. Karely does not belong in leadership if she cannot be accountable to the restaurants mistakes without being rude. Extremely unprofessional.***** It’s crazy how many bad reviews this location has yet no one seems to care to make a change to this location. You would think someone would notice and chipotle would do something about how poorly this place is ran.******

They forgot the meat for my son's tacos. They served his meal with a rotten orange. When I call the store I'm asked by a computer to stay on the line, it rings then goes to a busy signal. I've called several times. I'm done with this place.

The online complaints about decreasing portions are confirmed. We spent nearly $20 for a burrito bowl and when we got home with it, it was less than 50% filled. Their customer service doesn’t let you speak with anyone live forcing you to deal with an annoying chatbot and back office email. I’m not sure what’s worse - the service or the food quality.

This place is terribly managed. I’ve never had a good experience here but I love chipotle so I keep coming back because this is the only one close. However, after today I won’t ever go back. First of all, they always have a line out the door and never enough staff working, only one person working the line and it takes forever. Next, they never have salad dressing! Why won’t you bother mentioning that when I order salad? They wait until you ask for it at the register to tell you. Well, I don’t want salad without dressing! Furthermore, they are ALWAYS out of ice and almost always out of Diet Coke. The restaurant is also FREEZING! Don’t even bother asking them to fix any of these issues because they won’t. The restaurant is also disgusting! Again, never enough staff working so no one to clean up but the worst part is, nobody is apologetic or even cares that customers are bothered. They just tell you “no” if you ask for anything. It’s just unacceptable. Today the guy in the back was pouring rice into the big canister and it all touched his stomach on the way in and that was it for me. ? I wish someone new would come in and turn it around.
