Shelbi is a leading example of what service is. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Her attitude is incredible. Her customer service is what keeps me coming back. I work in a high stress high demand job and can tell when someone is tired and worn out and despite seeing that fatigue in Shelbi it did not dull her friendly and professional attitude at all. I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service we received from Shelbi at our local Panda Express.
When my daughters and I visited on Sunday, they had unexpectedly run out of white rice, and the wait for a new batch was going to be about 30 minutes. Shelbi immediately apologized and offered to let us change our sides. She also told us that the next time we came in, to let her know and the meal would be on her because of the inconvenience.

I just left the drive-through and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Jenny in the drive-through because this is probably the best service I’ve ever gotten at a Panda Express. She was extremely kind and sweet probably one of the few people I’ve ever seen smile at Panda Express.
