Drive threw only but always wait forever, even for someone to let you know your waiting. The staff isn't friendly and makes you feel like you're bothering them. Obviously don't care how long you wait. And ALWAYS make sure you get everything you ordered!! Only Jake in the box around and NOT ONCE, in 8 years have I had a good experience. Stuck in the the drive through line and cant/wont ordering food since they will only accept orders through their app. Cant leave, just sitting here for 10 minutes now. 2 cars in front of me one behind me.This is the third Jack in the Box that I have been to that has done this late night. Terrible trend Jack in the Box.

Food is good, the girl at the register was nice and helpful since the drink machine wasn't working, she said they were all out of all zero sugar drinks, which tells they don't restock zero sugar drinks.
