We drove 10 miles home and we dove in!

The chicken was still hot, freshly fried, very crispy crust, and just perfectly cooked and moist. Had mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac & cheese, biscuits, and an order of 6 jalapenos! Good thing they threw in a big handful of napkins because the chicken was so juicy is was running down our hands.

“My husband and I visited the Katy location on Valentine's Day. At first, I was a little taken back by what the hostess and the manager/owner were wearing. Because it was supposed to be a nice steakhouse, I assumed they would've been dressed nicer rather than shorts and what looked like a Hawaiian shirt. However, the food and the service were phenomenal. The pecan butter was amazing. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. What really sets Tejas apart, though, is the people behind it. The owners are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about Tomball—its history, its businesses, and where it’s headed.
