I love their burgers. The person who took my order either misunderstood me or I didn't hear her correctly. I only wanted the burger with cheese and not the full meal. Instead she only gave me the burger without lettuce and tomatoes, so I turned around and went thru the drive thru and Informed her I wanted the burger only, but with everything on it, she happily apologized and gave me everything on it. Burger was delicious.
We to the drive thru today and was amazed with the service I was given! 2 young men were working the line and they got my order correct on the 1st try, didn't have to repeat anything and it was a big order.. they were very friendly and polite. I must say this is the 1st time in a long time where customer service at a fast food reswas excellent! 5 says to them!
