“I have been there several times. The service is great. The staff is friendly and polite. The ice cream is delicious. My child prefer the chocolate one and myself the cinnambun with pecans. The cookies are very good. I still need to try more but today was ice cream visit :)“

“The service at the drive through was nice. The food on the other hand, we got a soggy burger and fries. It was only a 12 minute trip from there to home. Should not have gotten that soggy that quickly. The butterfinger blizzard was fantastic. Maybe try again if I'm on that side of town, but overall food was not great. I have had DQ many times before and know what they are capable of.“

“Walked in there to get my wife some ice cream and we both loved the atmosphere. There was a young lady in there Valentina who served us and she was so polite and has excellent taste in music aswell. Great experience and great ice cream place!“

“Before it would allow me to leave this review it asked if I would recommend Freddys… I answered with YES because I have always loved Freddys, but…… today was just way too much from this location. Sooooo after waiting 42 minutes stuck in the drive through I was handed my order in a full and heavy paper bag. I sat it in the seat next to me and started to drive off. I decided to pull into the adjacent parking lot and double check my order only to find there were no fries or onion rings, but about 3 pounds of napkins and sauces # on top of my burger. 😑 I had to go back into the store and it took another 15 minutes for me to get one order of fries and one order of onion rings to fulfill the order I had put in 49 minutes ago at this point. (There were minimal customers inside) While I was standing there for the 15 minutes, it took, I overheard conversations between a manager and the cooks. The cooks were speaking Spanish and not happy, and the manager was saying, “I don’t understand what you are saying” I think there is a communication breakdown that may need to be addressed . There was also a complaint by management that they wish they had another fryer, and that my wait was due to one of the grills not being heated up yet.“

“Loved how nice the staff was when we were late to pick up our order. They waited for us because they said lots of issues with maps and directions so we finely got to it. Just keep driving down you can't miss it, next to the Goddard School. Great treats and still fresh and cold. Thank you all so much!!!“
