Beyond the incredible milkshakes and huge variety (not even counting custom ones), this place is amazing. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, the table games are fun, the food is delicious, and it just feels nice to be there. We've lived in the area 15+ years and only started going here within the last year. This is the only place we go for shakes at all anymore since everywhere else feels disappointing now. Build your own milkshake? Sign me up! I have never been to a customizable milkshake place before and this was a real treat. Ordering was super easy, we were given a sheet of paper and checked off everything we wanted. We took the sheet to the front, paid for our order, and then waited for our shakes.
