I wish I got to try their milkshakes but when I walked in. No one was present, so my thought was maybe they had to go to the bathroom and they're the only ones working because there was milk left out on the counter and whipped cream bottle. I stood there for a good while looked at the menu. Kind of walked up and down. Looked at the menu again and then left because still no one showed up. There was no bell to ring and the door didn't have a bell to alert anyone that someone was coming or going. That's a good idea to have for the times people are working by themselves and no one is at the counter.

Beyond the incredible milkshakes and huge variety (not even counting custom ones), this place is amazing. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, the table games are fun, the food is delicious, and it just feels nice to be there. We've lived in the area 15+ years and only started going here within the last year. This is the only place we go for shakes at all anymore since everywhere else feels disappointing now. Whenever I try to tell anyone about it and that they should go, it feels like they think I'm dumb for not knowing about it sooner. I think I might agree with them.Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming to kids and even have lots of games to play.
Disappointing experience at Chill Milkshake Bar on Louetta. Arrived around 8:27 PM with my kids for a quick outing, assured we had enough time as they closed in 30 mins. Despite finding an open table, we were asked to put chairs back because the table ‘was closed’ after being cleaned. Ironically, the same lady had initially told us we could sit at the bar. Unfortunately, the unwelcoming vibe continued as we waited almost nine minutes without any acknowledgment or service. As a frequent visitor, this was a stark difference from previous visits. Sadly, I left after over 12 minutes without being served, feeling like this treatment might be based on my identity as a woman of color. Hope management addresses these issues for a more inclusive and welcoming environment.

Joined gym nearby, & been wanting to try this place since seeing it while driving by. Came yesterday(Sunday 12/10) & was disappointed to see that they're closed on Sundays. Took a quick photo of the open/close hours displayed on front window, & was looking forward to tasting this ice cream today. Pulled up 15 minutes early (Sign & Google says open Mon-Thurs 12pm -9pm. Well, it's 12:16 now, and still no one has arrived to open up. Won't count them out just yet tho. Will look forward to catching them at the right time, & change this one star review to a five. OKAY! So, I finally made it in, & here's my update. Bought the Snickers shake, & it was basic as hell. Most certainly not worth the $8.00 they're charging. Think I'm gonna chill on Chill.(Smh)

Amazing atmosphere, staff very friendly and everybody happy.There are also games to play there while you wait with very clean bathrooms, great service.The food is heavenly, packed with all your desires, although it might a lot of sugar depending on what you get.Dietary restrictions: The menu states weather the product might contain nuts.Kid-friendliness: The board games are a fun way to play, and the whole place is decorated colorfully, the staff are very nice, any children there should feel and be OK.
