This review is actually a response to Mesheia Henson's review. I was actually present when Mesheia Henson was arguing with the worker Caitlyn. During my time there, there was a Descendants promotion going on with the first 50 people getting five ounces free. Caitlyn has repeatedly told Mesheia multiple times to get in line but stood near the party room instead. As Caitlyn was dealing with other customers, Mesheia asked Caitlyn if she was still counting. Recently went to this location and loved the lady at the front, she’s very attentive and I was with a family relative who spoke Spanish and she was able to communicate well and he said she was very helpful and will definitely come back to this Menchie’s. The yogurt was nice and flavorful and the toppings were nice, as I sat and ate at the location the same lady at the front despite being busy and always on her feet. Definitely will come back to this location!!
