I left this location (FM 2920) a while ago, and, I got to say, the conditions that the LC crew is working in are horrible. It was cooler OUTSIDE the store than inside, and it was 91 outside! I’m surprised nobody has experienced heat exhaustion. Maybe they have. Who owns or is in charge of this location? They really need to look into providing better ventilation and AC for their crew.
On 7/5/26 I ordered a 5.99 pizza and they gave it to me all dry and old. I went back and politely asked them to remake it and they refused. We went back and forth and they continued to refuse a remake. They closed the window on me and said they would call the cops. Then I called them and asked to speak with the manager. Not enough people work here. I ordered ahead on the app and still waited over 40 min. Avoid this store.
