Little Caesars Reviews
I left this location (FM 2920) a while ago, and, I got to say, the conditions that the LC crew is working in are horrible. It was cooler OUTSIDE the store than inside, and it was 91 outside! I’m surprised nobody has experienced heat exhaustion. Maybe they have. Who owns or is in charge of this location? They really need to look into providing better ventilation and AC for their crew.
I ordered a pizza, crazy bread and a dessert. I received my pizza and crazy bread, which was cold. And never got my dessert, or the sauce to dip my crazy bread in.
Called back for my dessert- spoke to one person who told me to call a different store, called that store and she transferred me somewhere else. And now no one is picking up the phone. First and last time I ever order from Little Cesar’s
I order online my pizza wasn't even start it the people you have here are so rude and awful I seat there for 26mins on waiting for my pizza was cool I will definitely never come back worst part there was no line they were just looking at each other

Little Caesars Pizza is a popular spot for pizza lovers, but experiences at this location can vary. The staff includes friendly and attentive employees, such as Brayden, the manager, who is praised for being friendly, prompt, and efficient. Since his arrival, the quality of the pizza has improved, with well-made and perfectly cooked pies. Customers appreciate his leadership and suggest he deserves a raise for his positive impact. Newer employees like Zack also receive high praise; he is attentive, helpful, and committed to making sure the pizza is great, which has helped turn the location around.
However, the store faces challenges due to staffing issues, with new employees working alongside senior staff who sometimes seem overwhelmed. On one visit, the staff was dealing with minimal support and trying to train new workers quickly, which caused some concerns about the quality of service and food. Customers notice that the staff often remains professional and friendly despite these difficulties. For example, even when a pizza was dropped and had to be remade, the staff handled the situation calmly.
Overall, service and pizza quality can be excellent, with some customers calling to commend the team for their efforts. Many appreciate the friendly demeanor of employees and the improvements under management. Still, some wish the hours and staffing could be better coordinated to avoid issues like closed locations or long waits. When well-staffed, the restaurant offers a good experience, and customers are eager to return for the consistent pizza and service.
