I left this location (FM 2920) a while ago, and, I got to say, the conditions that the LC crew is working in are horrible. It was cooler OUTSIDE the store than inside, and it was 91 outside! I’m surprised nobody has experienced heat exhaustion. Maybe they have. Who owns or is in charge of this location? They really need to look into providing better ventilation and AC for their crew.
My foood was dry cold and burnt and I’m pretty pissed because I always come here and the food is usually hot and fresh but I don’t know what happened today and the girl had a nasty attitude half of the items I ordered weren’t available and she still charged me she needs to be fired whoever made my food this is sad and sorry if you don’t want to work and just want to get paid there are other career paths you can take!!!😡

Placed an online order ahead of time at 5:30 for pickup at 6:00-6:05. Arrived at 6:05, did not leave with pizza till 7:19. Staff was unhelpful, did not have any sense of urgency or direction to get customers cared for.
Front was left unattended for a majority of the time, so nobody could ask about their orders.
When the food was ready, I will admit, it was slightly above average for Little Caesars.
