As a latina, this place brings me back. It might be small, but it packs a huge variety of sweet breads/pan dulces. Quick and friendly service. Bread is fresh, delicious and they even had some gems that I haven’t had since I was in the single digits.

I’ve lived all over Houston for years and no other place compares to the quality of the food and overall service you get at this place.

Liked very much that they make a fresh one and decorate it with the basics in about 20 minutes. It's a benefit offered through health insurance and the FS DOES NOT stand for Food Stamps. Ask before making assumptions. I have no issues with food stamps and I know they help a lot of individuals. “I love Rao's. thir pastries are the best. I usually order a cake once a year, it takes about a year to forget that they have way to much frosting to cake. The taste is great, but the quality is brought down by the frosting amount. This has proven true for the Red Velvet and German Chocolate. Maybe next year.“

“I hadn’t been to a Great American Cookie Co since I was growing up but the cookies were delicious. Quick impromptu stop in with my daughters and we grabbed an M&M, strawberry crinkle, double fudge, domino, and a sprinkle. The staff was nice, helpful and patient considering I had an almost 3 year old trying to decide. I wish they had more of the cookie cake slices ready to go but it was getting late in the day. Will be back again for that cookie cake nostalgia.“

“Wow!! I gotta say I always wanted to try some kolaches but never had the opportunity so I happen to be close to this location and finally decide that I wanted to try some of this!! I went in and this very helpful woman made my experience amazing, she suggested the bacon egg and cheese and MADREEEE DEEE DIOS. Tasted like heaven. LADY you are amazing.
