Best Empanadas and parchita in Houston.
Me encanta su excelente atencion, amabilidad y la comida es super rica. Las sopas son super sabrosas .
Went to try it for the first time and the food was amazing to say the least! We bought empanadas, tequeños and some pastelitos and they were delicious. Definitely will be coming back for more!

Fran's Bakery is a hidden gem that serves delicious, authentic Venezuelan food. The portions are insanely good, especially for the price, and the taste is delectable. The soup is huge, the empanadas are huge and delicious, and the tequeños are perfection, crispy on the outside with gooey cheese. The garlic sauce is delectable, and the shredded beef empanadas, Tequeyoyos, and cachitos are highly recommended. The drinks are a spectacular variety, with natural and incredibly tasty juices, though the chicha is thick and could have the cinnamon mixed in. The Cachapa is good, made with Cachapa flour, but not incredible like in Venezuela. The food is fresh, warm, and made with love, with everything tasting like it was made for you at the perfect temperature.
The customer service is some of the best anywhere. The staff is so friendly, helpful, kind, and attentive, treating customers like family from the moment they arrive. They offer samples on unfamiliar drinks and accommodate special requests without hesitating. Even though it is an outside spot, they make it comfortable with a little alarm so customers can relax in their car while waiting for food at the window. The service is always excellent, making every visit enjoyable. This place is an amazing experience, completely recommended.
