“I love the food but this is absolutely one of the worst places they could have built this store. Just getting to the store takes over 50 minutes for me and I live in Kingwood!I've wanted to come many times more than I have but I usually just u-turn after being stuck waiting for so long and go somewhere else.This area is cursed and nothing survives.“

“LOVE this place for breakfast. But do not plan on going during rush.(9 to 11 Saturdays and Sundays) I hate pulling up to walk into the building then just to turn around to go somewhere else. I don't like the 45 min to 1 hour wait times. And it did not look packed. They do orders to go as well which I pressume backs up the dining experience indoors.“

“Went Saturday morning with my little girl and we were wanting some sweet bread. I also always get a mini bolillo stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeño. It was sooo good! And even the jalapeño had that crunch that other places are missing. My kids both enjoyed their conchas. Although, it would be nice to have mini ones bc they want to devour these big ones! 😂
I got drip coffee and truly enjoyed it! Not at all bitter like in other places. Also, I would like to thank the guy in front when my little girl wanted a juice. I truly appreciated!

“The cakes are incredible,I’ve purchased two for major events. If I can offer any advice it’s to purchase sturdy cake boxes that don’t have flimsy sides. You can spend a lot of these cakes and they look terrible by the time you get them set up.“

“Lajita Bakery did my son's baptism cake. It came out just the way I wanted and it was really good. I will definitely be purchasing another cake from them next occasion. The two smudges are from my husband handling the cake lol.“

“Stopped by for the first time this week. Had the barbacoa and several of the aguas frescas. Food was amazing, prices very reasonable, and service very friendly. Will definitely become a repeat customer!“

“I wasn’t too sure because the outside was a little shady, but the people inside were super nice. They have some of the best donuts that are never stale or old! The kolaches were some of the best I’ve ever had. This is the place to get some donuts!“

“I ordered coffee, pretzels n cinnamon bread, the quality of coffee beans is quite good! Gotta say that the food is the best one I have ever had in all the airports I’ve been. All the staffs are so nice as well! Will come back next time definitely :) The only weakness is the cup lid doesn't lock the cup very tightly, so it's a bit easy for it to come off.“

“Our new favorite go to bakery for special occasions. One of our granddaughters was turning 13 and she loves I mean loves Dr Pepper. We ordered for the first time not knowing what to expect and we were not disappointed. The cake was so moist, delicious and by far most importantly decorated wonderfully. Thank you so much to the best little bakery in Kingwood.“
