“I had a horrible experience with DoorDash, but it turned into something great because I ended up going into Crumbl Cookies myself. The team there was so sweet, the customer service was amazing, and honestly it felt refreshing to interact with real people instead of dealing with DoorDash’s high prices, theft issues, and lack of refunds.
Inside the store was super cute, and it made me realize how much we’ve all gotten used to the “lazy” way of ordering online. Picking up in person not only feels safer, but it’s actually enjoyable. If you’re going to Crumbl, skip DoorDash and go straight in—you’ll get better service, better vibes, and leave a lot happier. They honestly brightened my day. Thank you team Crumbl“

“My daughters have been waiting 4 years to get this SpongeBob inspired cake, so there was no room for error. Mary nailed it perfectly! It was decorated exactly how we wanted it and it tasted delicious! We just moved to the area so now Mary will be my go-to cake person. Thank you for making my girls’ day a little more special. “The best bagels! I cannot believe that I missed the opening of this location. I just saw a coupon in the community impact magazine, and use it this past weekend. The best bagels I’ve ever had in Texas. I hadbagel lox and cream cheese, and it was the best lox I ever had! Great place!“

“Yes, the decorations on the cake were fantastic for the $5 you charge! I have reviewed again and feel I did you an injustice. Thanks for the $5 refund however still feel $55 is a bit much for a 6" cake. Thanks for responding. I definitely will be back for other goodies. Thanks!“

“Found HLP thru Google, thought I’d give her a try…and boy, am I glad I did! First of all, very reasonable prices for home baked goods. Second, free and friendly delivery with perfect communication. And third - most importantly - darn delicious pies and cookies!! Ordered the key lime and apple crumble pies, both beautiful and scrumptious! Also got the snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookies - amazing!! Large cookies, soft but not gooey; not hard or brittle. Everything perfectly baked and delicious. Pie crusts tasty, filling sweet but not overly. I will be a return customer. Thank you soooo much for making our multi birthday celebration such a hit!!“

“I’ve been rocking with Tiff’s Treats for a while now, especially since I went to middle school with Dan Lynch, so I’m always going to show love and support.
But today really stood out.
I stopped by store H14 and Michelle took care of me, and she was amazing. Just real, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Nothing felt forced. She just made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, which you don’t always get everywhere these days.
The cookies are always on point, but it’s the people that make you want to come back. Michelle definitely made this visit a great one“

“Our daughter’s Wedding cake was stunning! A beautiful white buttercream design with elegant flowers & succulents. The almond cake with raspberry buttercream filling was incredibly moist and flavorful. The Groom’s cake was equally impressive. A rich chocolate cake w/ chocolate mousse filling & chocolate ganache!
