It’s almost impossible to walk through the Houston Tanger Outlets without following the smell straight to Auntie Anne’s. The pretzels are always warm, soft, and fresh, making them the perfect snack while you’re shopping. Service is quick, so it’s easy to grab something and get back to the stores. My favorite shopping treat!
As soon as we walked into Auntie Anne’s, we were warmly greeted by Jaime G. He was handling a very rude and difficult customer, yet he remained calm, patient, and professional the entire time. Even as the customer became more disrespectful, Jaime never lost his composure and continued providing outstanding customer service.

So why is the lemonade actually bad… like specifically at this location it’s just nasty and always extra tangy-never sweet. I’ve tried 3 different lemonade flavors now and been disappointed each time. Like even the regular lemonade is just genuinely foul tasting.
I‘ve been to other locations and the lemonade is 10/10 as well as the pretzels. I know drinks aren’t their specialty but this is like noticeably bad.
