My personal experiences with this location has been great every time ! in person or over the phone ! They are nice staff and my cookie cake always comes out nice and satisfying . Love this location.

We got my wife's birthday cake here last year and were very happy with the result. This year, however we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience to the staff the whole time we were there. There was only 1 other family there to get ice cream, but the manager there kept trying to give us reasons they couldn't make our order. We were fine with the upcharge for a fully iced cake and we said we were fine with a round cookie cake since they didn't have anymore squares. We didn't...read full review

Great experience at Great American Cookies. Went to pre-order a cookie cake for my daughter's sweet 16 and Ms. Cynthia was a true professional. She took her time and made my vision of what I wanted come to life. I appreciate the customer service and obviously others do to because there was a line down the sidewalk to get in and grab some cookies and ice cream. I'll definitely be back. See you there!?
