I’ve been trying to order cookie cakes from them for 4+ years - I have NEVER been able to get an order in without hearing the same excuse - “we don’t have a decorator at the moment” . Today was a new one - we don’t have a cookie cake baker… like what? I finally got him to agree to make just a simple cookie cake with no decoration on there just a couple of words and then I get a call back an hour later saying my manager won’t let me write on it. An hour wasted that I could’ve found another cake. Anyways- nestle on the other side of 290 makes way better cookie cakes without all the excuses.

When you look at reviews for any establishment and see that the owner ONLY responds to positive reviews...that tells you everything you need to know about the owners attitude. I went in person the first time and they had a very poor selection ...and the clerk admitted the brownies, that looked old and dry...were in fact old. So I left. Because the clerk said they would be making fresh brownies today...I ordered 3 for delivery. This location has raised the price on their brownies to over $5 dollars a piece ??...so you would certainly think they would be fresh...NOPE...hard as rocks and tasted stale as heck. I have ordered these exact brownies from 3 other locations and they were amazing. Goodness...I think it's time to let corporate know this location is dragging down their brand...BIG TIME! ???

The time needs to be updated. Showed up at 9:12pm b/c you guys close at 10pm online just for the sign to say 9pm at the store. What a waste of gas.

Ordered 120 worth of cookie cakes picked up 30 min before celebration and they were the wrong color on both cakes and one cake she ran out of room... Horrible and too late to fix

We got my wife's birthday cake here last year and were very happy with the result. This year, however we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience to the staff the whole time we were there. There was only 1 other family there to get ice cream, but the manager there kept trying to give us reasons they couldn't make our order. We were fine with the upcharge for a fully iced cake and we said we were fine with a round cookie cake since they didn't have anymore squares. We didn't even need decorating, we just wanted a cookie cake with fudge and white icing on top. It was like pulling teeth. Then we dared ask for a quart of ice cream.The manager responded "No."We were confused and more than a little upset at this so we tried being clearer. Eventually got across that we were going to pay for a quart of mixed ice cream and paid for it.The young man that mixed the ice cream didn't seem to care about what he was doing and was listening to the music in his ears instead of what we were saying half the time. Overall we got what we wanted and paid nearly $80 for it, but we won't be coming back to this location.

Almost feel I went to a different location than others based on reviews. I have been a huge fan of Great American Cookies since the 80’s, and this was by far my worst experience ever. I purchased 2 or the large rectangular cakes a couple weeks ago (about $100), and both were dry. They were ordered by phone the day before. When I ask how to get my frequent customer points upon pick up, I was told it was not possible since I did not ask at time of order. So in summary, a bad customer service experience with bad cookie cake to follow.

Great experience at Great American Cookies. Went to pre-order a cookie cake for my daughter's sweet 16 and Ms. Cynthia was a true professional. She took her time and made my vision of what I wanted come to life. I appreciate the customer service and obviously others do to because there was a line down the sidewalk to get in and grab some cookies and ice cream. I'll definitely be back. See you there!?
