“I had a horrible experience with DoorDash, but it turned into something great because I ended up going into Crumbl Cookies myself. The team there was so sweet, the customer service was amazing, and honestly it felt refreshing to interact with real people instead of dealing with DoorDash’s high prices, theft issues, and lack of refunds.
Inside the store was super cute, and it made me realize how much we’ve all gotten used to the “lazy” way of ordering online. Picking up in person not only feels safer, but it’s actually enjoyable. If you’re going to Crumbl, skip DoorDash and go straight in—you’ll get better service, better vibes, and leave a lot happier. They honestly brightened my day. Thank you team Crumbl“

“We tried this place for the first time tonight and it did not disappoint! The flavors were amazing and there were so many to choose from ! I had the Mexican vanilla and the biscoff and they were delicious!!! I also love how huge the scoops are and the customer service was a 10/10! “I got great service at the Rock Creek location. It was my first time and this is probably the best Italian ice I've ever had. I got the cake batter and the cotton candy and they were both absolutely delicious. I recommend checking this place out, you won't be disappointed. I will definitely be back again soon.❤️“

“This place is really good and tasty. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the size. In California you get a bigger burrito for the same price, I really thought I was gonna get something even bigger in Texas but ended up being smaller for the same price as California. It's really good though!“
“Clean location, friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere nice variety of ice cream flavors cake cakes out of the treats I like Baskin-Robbins and the variety of flavors for milkshakes or cones.
Would recommend.
Note: I think ice cream places are a little pricey and I felt it was good bang for buck.“

“The ice cream here is great, but the drive-thru can put customers in a vulnerable spot, so it’s best to avoid it at night if you’re smart. At one point, you’re completely isolated between two buildings, which feels a bit like a fatal funnel for those who know. Staff may or may not acknowledge your order, and this has happened to me more than once, suggesting possible staffing or hiring issues. I mention this because I really like this place and believe they can do better. Still, when I think about getting ice cream, I factor in that there might be some hiccup during the transaction. More often than not, I leave—whether with or without my ice cream—feeling a little annoyed about something that happened. 😒“

“Delicious cookies and great service! Every time I visit Crumbl Cookie, the cookies are fresh, warm, and full of flavor. The staff is always friendly, and the customer service is quick and efficient even when they’re busy. Definitely one of my favorite places to stop when I want a sweet treat. Highly recommend!!“
