“Update: I’ve been coming here since July when it was Tea Star & recently they just changed ownership & they are wonderful people! For my daughter’s birthday, the owner offered a free toy & milk tea that they use with high quality ingredients. I can tell the big difference between the drinks made from Tea Villa which has more of a nice rich taste in their milk teas & today, they even gave her some free cheese sticks to go along with her fries. Great customer service!Very relaxing & quiet place to hang out while waiting for my son at his Martial art class next door. I got the taro boba and thai boba tea. “It is so nice to have such authentic Cuban restaurant in Cypress Love the way inside restaurant set up very cozy and comfortable chairs . My dish was sirloin steak with onions which cooked perfectly. Husband fried shredded beef which was tender and full flavor . Plantains were cooked on the outside and tender inside . Empanadas beef had great flavor but warning they come fire hot ?the black beans were seasoned perfectly. Rice was tender . Love mom and pop shops go give a try you will not be disappointed“

“RECENTLY THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE IN MANAGEMENTI loved coming to Dutch Brothers when the store was ran by the blonde manager with the tattoos. She ran things very smoothly and in an orderly fashion. Unfortunately, she recently either passed away or is on a very long vacation but since she has been absent, I have noticed a rapid decline in their so called "values" of speed, quality and service. I recently came by and the new "manager" was very handsy with me and my drink. His dirty palms were all over the mouth of the lid and I was appalled by his lack of respect for my safety and health. I suffer from Vasculitis which can cause me to get very sick from pathogens that are spread through careless behavior. The utter disrespect displayed from this boy (I recall his name either being Brendon or Brennon) was a disgrace to the Dutch Brother name. Call him what you want, it doesn't take away from the fact that even the manager doesn't know how to properly understand or follow the basic guidelines of ServSafe. Even after I confronted him, he rolled his eyes and was talking about me and our interaction in an extremely degrading manner to his fellow Dutch Brothers. It was wildly immature and unprofessional causing me to lose any ounce of respect I had left for this establishment and particular location. I don't know if the other manager is ever coming back but until something changes, I wont be returning and will do everything in my power to prevent other people from experiencing what I have.“

Now the bad, even though I love their coffee I think I’m just gonna start getting a medium instead of a large because every time me and my wife go we both get the Iced Golden Eagle and hers ( a medium drink ) is nice and sweet and mine ( a large ) isn’t sweet at all. I don’t mind much because I typically drink black coffee or straight espresso at home, but sometimes I’m in the mood for something sweet. I ordered the Oreo waffle and I was not disappointed at all. Freshly made and still warm when you get it and super crispy on outside of the waffle at first and very light but not to sweet chocolate oreo flavor. Placed an order at taco cabana day before and because they was short handed they sold my tray’s couldn’t believe it but yes they did. Ok I had a retirement party for work and was like what do I do now. We goggle too see what else was near by and Kolache Factory pop up made the call and yes she could get 3 party tray ready in 20 minutes. “When the Orem location opened we thought we would give it a try, it was good except for one problem with my drink. My drink had the fruit flavored popping boba in it, but with just a normal straw you get the squishy membrane before the fruity flavor. I don't know if boba straws were available or not, but if all they have for drinks, especially the ones with boba, is a normal straw, they need to change that. Everything else was pretty good, but boba included drinks need boba straws“
