I visited 4 days after the storm most Starbucks were closed due to the aftermath of the storm so when I saw this one was open I felt like a kid on Christmas receiving the greatest gift of all besides God's love of course . Made me a happy woman this day, 07/12/2024“

“My new go-to!! My experiences have been quite the opposite to what some of the recent reviews were about customer service. The staff are VERY welcoming and accommodating! It can get busy but they’ve taken their time to answer all my questions about their variety of drinks. They really care about making a pleasant experience for you. “I recently stumbled across embedo. I really enjoyed my time there, it’s spacious, more than enough seating and it’s super clean. The owner is so nice and he continually checks in on you. I enjoyed my iced coffee and bacon, egg, cheese sandwich. I stayed there for a couple of hours and got some work done. I will be visiting again! ?“

“Got real good sweets, had the pistachio milk cake that tasted like a tres leches, and a cappuccino cake that was really good but more so on the sweeter side. Coupled that with a refreshing iced matcha with vanilla and honey, and we were more than satisfied on the desert side of eating.

“A hidden gem in the concrete jungle that is Houston. We decided to eat here on our way out of town and stopped by for a quick bite.

The food is delicious, servings are hearty, and the atmosphere gives that old school vibe that most diner/breakfast joints lack nowadays.

A good place to enjoy a book with the rain, sip your coffee, and chow down on a waffle or pancake.

(Did I mention the pancakes are really fluffy by the way?)

“I've been here twice. The pink color outside definitely caught my eye when I was driving and I love matcha. The first time it was better, I tried the bluetiful, which I highly recommend. Also this young girl who registered me was very welcoming and friendly. The second time I tried the Lavender Match and it was ok. The acai bowl was good, and which I had only gotten that and not the drink, also this older lady checked me in and wasn't as friendly as the first cashier, but eh, good enough. The feel is very nice. Some of the cushioned seats could be cleaner, but otherwise, itxs a nice cozy place to come and hangout for a study session or a coffee date with your friends/SO/family.“

Parking: This place gets very busy, and parking can quickly become limited. The parking lot to the left when facing the building, is the best side to park on, because it’s away from most flowing traffic. Usually in and out.“
