I had been meaning to try matcha cafe maiko but they switched ownership (& menu?). My friends and I got:Saigon special ($7.75) - ice cream (matcha), cereal, some red bean, sponge cake, and jelly; I thought the proportions were off, I wish the ice cream was through out the whole cup but it's only at the top. Too much cereal (corn flakes) that really only contributed texture. Sponge cake had no flavor. Red bean was a really nice contrast but there wasn't enough. And jelly was ok....read full review
This place is popular. I can see what. I love Matcha. This place has lots of matcha. Therefore I pretty much love this place. They have matcha ice cream, matcha frappes, matcha tea... It's so good. They also have the warm waffle snacks too. If you're like me, visit here for some matcha!

Really cute cafe, seems like much hasn't changed since it was Matcha Cafe Maiko before, besides the menu. I was really hoping to get the Brown sugar hojicha I used to get from cafe Maiko, but didn't see it. Tried out the cheese foam matcha latte and it was really good. A lil too much ice but I still liked it.
