I loved the mixed matcha and Vanilla soft serve cone it was delicious 😋 and my kid loved the Ube 2 scoops 🍦🍨,I was suprised that the Ube was flavorful and dark purple 10 out of 10, but they were really slow, the previous customers were treated quickly but I think they needed to get more cones and so it took them time. So I went to the restroom, which the restroom door didn't lock properly, leading someone to accidentally open the door and almost came in....read full review

Based on recent reviews, Ninja Matcha is a great stop for matcha lovers. The shop is recently renovated, cute, spacious, and clean with tons of seating and a long bench for large groups, making it a great place to study or chat with friends. They offer a great selection of matcha and hojicha drinks and desserts. A highlight is the matcha ice cream, available in 4 levels (1-4). Level 3 is slightly sweet with a great tea flavor, and level 3 and 4 offer just the right balance. Customers enjoy adding Oreo chunks as a topping. The matcha lattes are excellent quality, with one reviewer calling it a favorite in Chinatown. The staff is friendly, great, and seems to enjoy their work. While one visitor found the plain matcha latte okay but not memorable, the overall consensus is that the matcha is yummy and amazing.
