The biggest room is abysmal. The room smells like sewage and cleaning product. The karaoke UI is slow like a 2000s car touchscreen and it was stuck on Chinese. You basically had to memorize what and where the buttons were to use it. I forfeited a $240 deposit because our group realized all this BS and hightailed it out of there. The manager refused a refund and hung up on me several times as I tried to explain the situation. She let the two men at the front desk take the fall...read full review
