We had reserved for the first time last weekend for my daughter's 22nd birthday and had never been to anything like that before. We had an absolute blast! The service was great everything was perfect. It was relaxing and fun. Everything was absolutely better than we thought it was going to be and it was well worth the price.

We had 2 birthday parties here and both were a blast! They let you connect your phone so you can play any song you want and they don’t limit you to their list. We ordered fries it was ok, water bottle is $2.

I can only speak for the karaoke room. Rest room with extensive song selection. The ambiance is okay. The room itself is plain but if you're there to sing music, it hits all the right notes. You can also connect to YouTube and play karaoke with lyrics to sing along to if you're unable to find the song you want to sing in their song menu. Not sure how the food is but prices are steep. Actual karaoke room is not bad in pricing.I can't speak about service either.

Outdated karaoke system, the sound system were bad it was shaking feels like about to drop. Most importantly expensive service, they would automatically charge 18% even though they did nothing. would not recommend it.
Was out celebrating the 21st birthday of a co worker with other co workers. This was my first time there ever. I had a fantastic time. The bartender (the only bartender) was able to take care of everyone in my party as well as the other patrons that were there. Tequila repo and pineapple was always on point

The rooms are reasonably priced and the drinks are cheap. They also have a large collection of songs to choose from with a nice ambience

The biggest room is abysmal. The room smells like sewage and cleaning product. The karaoke UI is slow like a 2000s car touchscreen and it was stuck on Chinese. You basically had to memorize what and where the buttons were to use it. I forfeited a $240 deposit because our group realized all this BS and hightailed it out of there. The manager refused a refund and hung up on me several times as I tried to explain the situation. She let the two men at the front desk take the fall for her inability to send money back for a terrible room. I ended up with a half refund and wasted my time. Go across the street to Neway instead. The rooms are nicer and the UI more responsive.
