They have space for kiddos to hang and for small businesses to showcase their best goodies-aka sour dough bread, candles, etc! Outside in back, there is a playground area with swings and a slide and a little library for kiddos. Picnic tables are under the most serene oak trees that create a canopy of shade and allow you to breathe out. their vanilla lattes = the best“

“I stopped by today and had their Havana Latte with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder. It was absolutely delicious! I’ve had their Taro & Ube latte which is also delicious! They have a great ranch of baked goods, snacks, teas, Italian sodas and much more! I love a local spot that has a good latte— definitely one of my favorite places to stop at.“

“Wanted to lock in to study for an exam at a cafe and this turned out to be the perfect spot. Staff was super nice and gave me suggestions when I told them it’s my first time. They have a number of outlets and a good amount of seating to be productive with friends or by yourself! Lastly, the coffee was AMAZING (I got the Vietnamese Iced Coffee, highly recommend)!“

“I just wanna start off by saying that I go into Ziggi‘s very often and every time that I go in there, the manager always always always greet me with such hospitality and I’m not gonna lie. I’m really bad at names so I know I’ve probably messed up or forgotten a lot of people‘s names there very often and they still know my name and they still treat me right they’ve even got my order memorized to the point that I feel like a regular even though I’m not there every day they even have my wife’s order memorized and will ask me if I’m getting the other one or not today so it is just nice to know that they actually care about what they’re doing and about the craft of a hospitality service, especially about the craft of anything involving food“

I understand that there aren’t many other Brazilian restaurants nearby, which may contribute to the pricing, but unfortunately, at this price point, I don’t feel the experience offers the best value. Still, I’m happy to have a Brazilian option in the area!“

“I've been coming to this Black Rock Coffee Bar location for about two years, ever since I started working in Katy. It's conveniently right on my way to work, so it's become part of my daily morning routine. I come for the delicious iced coffee, but I keep coming back because of the incredible people who work here!

I always go through the drive-thru, but that doesn't stop me from having the most amazing conversations with the staff. They are always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Even through a drive-thru window, they manage to make you feel appreciated and brighten your morning. I honestly can't say enough good things about them!

It's more than just great coffee; it's the people who make this location so special. I'm so grateful for the wonderful staff and the positive energy they bring to my mornings. Black Rock is lucky to have such an amazing group of people working there!

“Moved to the area a few months ago and have been on the hunt for a good teahouse. Saw Mai’s the other day on my drive home. Stopped in and ordered three banh mi and a boba tea. The spicy beef was just right. And the cajun shrimp was perfect. I will be eating here as often as I can.“

There is a wide variety of drinks to pick and choose from and are dairy free and gluten free, however they were out of a lot of items like mango, strawberry, bananas, and boba straws. This is a shame because it’s some of their best items. But what is amazing is that they create their own taro paste and use natural ingredients for their other drinks.“

Very clean and nice, great location at the front of the store also next to the beautiful flower arrangements. The customer service was top-notch!
At many locations it seems difficult to get the nondairy salted caramel cold foam right, but they did stellar! Vondrice and Adrielle took great care of me - with the move on my mind, I forgot my egg bites and started walking out to the car… Vondrice actually ran out to the parking lot to get me and told me I forgot part of my order. Wonderful people. I will be coming back a lot :)“

“I just wanted to share since I felt necessary….my girls and I just went to the Clinton, IA Dunkin Donuts (there’s only one in our town). The African American gentleman that was working was busting his a** doing as best of a job as he could and we wanted to give him a shout out! He was the ONLY one working and the drive thru was crazy busy plus there were people inside ordering and eating also. I asked if he had help coming and he didn’t. This made me sad for him! “On a recent trip with my youngest, we bought a dozen assorted donuts.

The donuts were fresh, very soft and absolutely delish. Some of the notable ones that were selected were pink frosting, white frosting, chocolate frosting with coconut sprinkles and glazed.

The interior had the scent n aroma of freshly baked/fried dough everywhere. The store was clean and tidy. Service was friendly. Thanks again.“
