Great staff and had an incredible espresso and French toast muffin, a must try and a great addition to Richmond area!
Beans & Brews has quickly become one of my favorite places to study! The staff is always so kind, attentive, and accommodating—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is calm, comfortable, and perfect for getting work done. On top of that, the customer service is 10/10 every single time. If you’re looking for a great coffee shop with amazing people and a relaxing environment, I highly recommend Beans & Brews!

Beans & Brews Coffee House is a warm and inviting hidden gem with great overall vibes. The coffee is always fresh, full of flavor, and great. Many find it highly recommended over Starbucks. The staff is super awesome, very friendly, welcoming, and bubbly and sweet, providing great service. The manager is also great.
The drinks are worth it, with specific praise for the delicious Strawberry cold foam matcha. The food is impressive, including tasty pastries that taste so fresh and delicious. Specific items like the Halal Turkey Swiss Avocado Croissant and the Halal Turkey Swiss Pesto Panini are noted as delicious, yummy, and filling. Muffins and doughnut holes with a buttery flavor are also very tasty. The store is clean with a wonderful aroma, making it a great place to enjoy breakfast. It is a must place to check out.
