Moved to the area a few months ago and have been on the hunt for a good teahouse. Saw Mai’s the other day on my drive home. Stopped in and ordered three banh mi and a boba tea. The spicy beef was just right. And the cajun shrimp was perfect. I will be eating here as often as I can.
Food and smoothies were ok, but the menu posted was no accurate and it was slower than expected.
Alison provided me the BEST customer service , she’s extremely patient and she was QUICK to give me my order . She is definitely one of the best workers there!
She was giving me recommendations and I ended up getting a Strawberry Mango with tapioca and strawberry jelly. They had so many options to choose from and she was extremely patient through out the whole process. Highly recommend!
