She was friendly from that start? I was new and she told me the faves. Made sure I liked spice or didn't. And did all this w a smile. I got the Vietnamese BBQ PK it was absolutely delicious! So flavorful. I'm going back just bc she was so kind and really wanted to make sure I enjoyed what I ordered. Sweet lil lady!! Totally worth the local support! ❤️

The drinks are very good, they have the perfect consistency of icy and juicy/milky.My order was made in less than 2 minutes.The theme of the room is peaceful, definitely tea house vibes.

The foods are always soggy and or greasy. But the flavors are great, i just would like my food to not drip through the paper and give me a cholesterol overdose. 4:10The lady at the counter is kinda moody, but she's nice and tries to be quiet with orders. 3/10The inside seems like it wants to make you happy but it's still kinda damp and drab for what ever reason. It's nice though despite all of that. 3/10

The Taro milk tea is the best and will be #1 to us.
the bread was hard and stiff, when i called to complain they said go somewhere else LOL and took it so personal. anyway i have been here before and the sandwiches weren’t that bad, but this time they were hard and stale. they couldn’t even make a new fresh one. horrible customer service. lesson learned, used to be a repeat customer, but i’ll take their advice and won’t come back.

Do not get the shredded chicken bahn mi!! You will be sick to your stomach and will get food poisoning! The chicken is not good, not fresh, not cooked properly, and not edible. Expired chicken gave me and my brother horrible food poisoning and he has been throwing up and using the restroom nonstop! I'm never coming back here. My brother and his racist friend were banned from here last time just FYI! I have no part in that situation! If I was a part of that incident, I would've never stepped in and supported y'all on 06/06/23! I am only speaking upon the bahn mi outcome from my recent visit! Calm down. #grossfood
