Good customer service here, but please change out and update the loose outlets. I could barely charge my iPad.
Staff was nice. Never been to this location. My drink was fine just very light so they put heavy creamer in it. I did go in and buy a small black iced coffee to help it. Sadly this is an issue when going to different locations. Even though it's a standard serving I don't think anyone knows what the amount actually looks like. So they pour heavy handed sadly.
Mike and Kimberly were amazing!! Mike customer service was exceptional!! And Kimberly prepared the best medicine ball!! Thank you both✨✨

This new Starbucks location is very spacious with nice patio seating. The store manager is super friendly, and the staff is super nice. Service is quick. The dragon fruit mango refresher is available. A barista made sure a quad blonde was perfect and not burnt, showing excellent customer service and care. Another staff member, Mike, was a big help on red cup day, coming prepared and ready to serve the community. He was also accommodating when Java chips were out, recommending cookies as a replacement. The crew is always on point, making a quad tall 1 pump white mocha to spec every day. Food and drink are always good. However, a certain employee, Denise, gave a bit of attitude; a smile would help her not look too serious. Overall, this location makes customers feel at home when away from home.
