Ordered Pineapple Coconut Milk Tea with Crystal Boba. It almost tasted like a pina colada. Wife ordered the Ginger Milk Tea and kind reminded of indian chai. But cold version. Daughter had the Strawberry Coconut Milk Tea with Black Pearl Boba. Opted for All drinks at 30% sugar which was the perfect amount of sweetness.“

“I like this Kolache Factory. Though it’s a little hidden from the road it doesn’t disappoint when you want a kolache. A real kolache not one of those knock offs you find at a donut place that also sells kolaches. It’s always clean and the attendant always asks if I want them warmed up and wishes me a good day as I leave.“

As I sat and enjoyed time with my son, Emily asked evryone their name. And from what I witnessed, it was not just to call them for their order like other coffee corps., but she was genuinely interested in who they were. She called them by name. She conversated with them. Her compassionate and pure spirit just radiated throughout the entire place! The other baristas were VERY pleasant and friendly as well, smiling all the way. My nephew is absolutely hooked on their fizzes. We can’t even drive past without him gasping like he just saw a celebrity and yelling, “IS JEREMIAH WORKING?!” Mind you, Jeremiah is not family (yet), but after one interaction my nephew decided that’s his best friend for life. No discussion.

And listen—Jeremiah understood the assignment. Every time we pull up, he comes through with the biggest smile and a high five like he’s been waiting all day just for us. At this point, I’m pretty sure my nephew thinks he owns part of the place.

On our last visit, we met Victor, who is just as kind and welcoming—so now apparently we have multiple friendships to maintain here. This is getting expensive emotionally and financially.

The drinks? Amazing. The vibes? Dangerous. The staff? Too friendly for my bank account to survive.

I’ve already told them they need to relocate… preferably far. Because ever since they opened, my budget has been in a committed relationship with poor decisions.

10/10 would recommend… but also maybe don’t go unless you’re ready to make new “friends” and lose financial discipline.“

My standout was my London Fog. Very often, the tea is brewed too weak and the lovely lavender flavors get lost. This was not the case!
