“I like this Kolache Factory. Though it’s a little hidden from the road it doesn’t disappoint when you want a kolache. A real kolache not one of those knock offs you find at a donut place that also sells kolaches. It’s always clean and the attendant always asks if I want them warmed up and wishes me a good day as I leave.“

“I'm totally sure, but I think they've upped their furniture game since I visited a few years ago. It was a little loud for a coffee shop at 8 am but there was a peaceful, jovial atmosphere. The coffee was good but $6 for cookie feels pricey. That being said, I'd go back for the ambiance and friendliness alone. This spot also has some aestheticly please alcoves for ideallic Instagram photos, if you wanted.“

I have to say I came in with good high energy and the owner match that 😂 I told him how I like my coffee and told him to wow me and he did, I didn’t even look to order off the menu and he came up with I believe it was called a cold spanish latte with coconut milk and this was right on the money! Not super sweet and you got more coffee flavor, now coming here and the owner being cool knowing how to interact with customers and provide delicious coffee I definitely recommend this spot for sure!“

I always order one specific drink, and one time I asked about the bubblegum energy, if it tasted like bubblegum and how sweet it was. She responded yes it tastes just like bubblegum and she thought it was sweet. But everyone has a different sensitivity to sweetness. I ordered a small just to test it...and I liked it.“
