“I can not express how GREAT this office is! Kit the manager is one of the best people I’ve ever met and she works so hard for this stand! The employees are awesome I love to chat with the staff anytime I go. They are always making sure my order is correct with my allergies. Very attentive and anytime my order is off they do not hesitate to correct my order. Ed is also great always making sure i’m taken care of. I am a regular here and as silly as it sounds truly like family for me! Any bad day I have I know I can swing by for a small treat and a great conversation to make my day better.“

They have tea, coffee, frappe, and more!!Its been 3 years since my initial review and I just wanted to edit it and say this is still one of my favorite places to go in Conroe / Montgomery area because of the delicious coffee, milk alternative options, nice staff, good atmosphere & it’s one of the few places I can get Charlotte’s Web products which are great for people like me that suffer from Photosensitive Epilepsy.The staff are very welcoming, very polite, & professional. They won’t recommend products that they know nothing about & will be honest about it too. It makes a difference. If you have any sort of allergies they’ll help you pick & choose products that don’t have what you’re allergic to in it as well. If it doesn’t say on the ingredients list the staff will help you search it up online. Very sweet of the staff because they don’t have to do that but they do - they care & it shows.That’s what keeps me coming back time & time again.

While I appreciate the urgency of completing my order but that's also why they do not get the 5 stars it may get a tad sloppy as this location is always busy busy busy.“

Part of my order involved 1 dozen glazed donuts and they informed me that they were out, but going to make a fresh batch! They apologized for the wait and even offered me a drink for waiting! “I want to share that I had a great experience today with this location and particularly with Tony, the manager. Sometime back I made an online order at another location south and they call me to tell me that my order could not get fulfilled. They said they were going to refund me. That didn’t happen. Today I came to talk to the manager at the Conroe location and he took my order number, fix the issue with refund in less than 5min and apologized for the inconvenience plus gave some extra treats. He gave me a very sincere apology and was really nice. Probably one of the best manager and customer treatment I have received at a fast food location ever. 100% recommended this location and this people. If you ever have any complaints here or The Woodlands, reach out to Tony. He cares about his business and will put us, the client, first.“

“My wife and I stopped by Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins for some ice cream, and we had a great experience. Brandon was working when we came in, and he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had a great attitude. Excellent customer service like that really stands out, and they are lucky to have someone like him on their team.
I can't really comment on the donuts or the rest of the menu since we only came in for ice cream, but the ice cream was good and we enjoyed it. Thanks to Brandon for making our visit a pleasant one. We will definitely be back!“
