“Love everything about it! And everyone that works there. San is the best!!“
“All employees are very helpful with the drinks. They keep everyone engaged in conversation while waiting for your oder. And always say thank you before you leave. I always order one specific drink, and one time I asked about the bubblegum energy, if it tasted like bubblegum and how sweet it was. She responded yes it tastes just like bubblegum and she thought it was sweet. But everyone has a different sensitivity to sweetness. I ordered a small just to test it...and I liked it.“

“Very awesome place with even better staff. They have tea, coffee, frappe, and more!!Its been 3 years since my initial review and I just wanted to edit it and say this is still one of my favorite places to go in Conroe / Montgomery area because of the delicious coffee, milk alternative options, nice staff, good atmosphere & it’s one of the few places I can get Charlotte’s Web products which are great for people like me that suffer from Photosensitive Epilepsy. The staff are very welcoming, very polite, & professional. They won’t recommend products that they know nothing about & will be honest about it too. It makes a difference. If you have any sort of allergies they’ll help you pick & choose products that don’t have what you’re allergic to in it as well. If it doesn’t say on the ingredients list the staff will help you search it up online. Very sweet of the staff because they don’t have to do that but they do - they care & it shows. That’s what keeps me coming back time & time again.
Dietary restrictions: Different milk options like milk, coconut milk, oat milk, & almond milk for those that cannot have dairy.“
“Anna and Raul service was exceptional. They were all smiles and offered best wishes for my wife. The young lady who created my drink should go down in history. I forgot her name tho. I'll update this review when I see her again. Anyway here's the shot I took. 😊“

“Although they do not receive those 5 stars I am at this location often and it is hit or miss more hits I noticed. Efficiently, Organized Staff and they are on it when getting those drinks out. While I appreciate the urgency of completing my order but that's also why they do not get the 5 stars it may get a tad sloppy as this location is always busy busy busy.“
“I travel a lot for work and I’ve been to many nutrition shops. This is by far one of my favorite stops! Great tasty shakes and flavorful teas.“

“I never write reviews but I went out of my way to write one because the girl that made my coffee (she’s made my coffee a few times) is amazing she’s super sweet and knows exactly how to make a good coffee perfect every time and great customer service! I really wish I got her name she is young and works morning shifts I believe because I’m always there around 11 AM. She needs a raise lol“

“So happy to see this new donut place around the corner from my house! We’ve been coming often because of the very convenient drive thru. The small location makes it easy to park and run inside to pick up if you prefer also! It’s new and clean, love the look. The donuts are always fresh as well! Will keep coming back!“
“We used Chocolate Passion for a baby shower, and they exceeded all of our expectations! Not only were they incredibly sweet and welcoming, but the space was absolutely adorable and the perfect setting to celebrate my niece and her baby girl. We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate this precious occasion.“

“I don’t know who the young group of ladies/men that were working this morning, but they were very nice and showed great customer service! Part of my order involved 1 dozen glazed donuts and they informed me that they were out, but going to make a fresh batch! They apologized for the wait and even offered me a drink for waiting! I will be returning to this establishment in the future!“

“This is closer to my house and heart. We love their coffees, donuts and snacks. Especially every Sunday morning, I like to have breakfast at this place. My favourite is egg and cheese croissant, hash browns and french curler. We keep driving down for frozen coffee. This place is take away station and closes by 6PM. The service is always good and they are always quick.“

“I want to share that I had a great experience today with this location and particularly with Tony, the manager. Sometime back I made an online order at another location south and they call me to tell me that my order could not get fulfilled. They said they were going to refund me. That didn’t happen. Today I came to talk to the manager at the Conroe location and he took my order number, fix the issue with refund in less than 5min and apologized for the inconvenience plus gave some extra treats. He gave me a very sincere apology and was really nice. Probably one of the best manager and customer treatment I have received at a fast food location ever. 100% recommended this location and this people. If you ever have any complaints here or The Woodlands, reach out to Tony. He cares about his business and will put us, the client, first.“
