“I can not express how GREAT this office is! Kit the manager is one of the best people I’ve ever met and she works so hard for this stand! The employees are awesome I love to chat with the staff anytime I go. They are always making sure my order is correct with my allergies. Very attentive and anytime my order is off they do not hesitate to correct my order. Ed is also great always making sure i’m taken care of. I am a regular here and as silly as it sounds truly like family for me! Any bad day I have I know I can swing by for a small treat and a great conversation to make my day better.“

“Shopping for Furnature and got here early. Sat. in parking lot thinking I was going to go to a Starbucks to wait for my son to get here.
Remembered they had a little bar in here.
WOW more then pleasantly suprized.
Baking bread and pastries from SCRATCH in a Furnature store.

I am a Chef by trade Kennedy and Monique were AMAZING
Meatball sub was great.
If I lived close to here I would come by and get a Latte and pastry on the way to work.

If you come here to shop go by and grab lunch nor a snack.
You wont be disappointed.
Great food and service.

They have tea, coffee, frappe, and more!!Its been 3 years since my initial review and I just wanted to edit it and say this is still one of my favorite places to go in Conroe / Montgomery area because of the delicious coffee, milk alternative options, nice staff, good atmosphere & it’s one of the few places I can get Charlotte’s Web products which are great for people like me that suffer from Photosensitive Epilepsy.The staff are very welcoming, very polite, & professional. They won’t recommend products that they know nothing about & will be honest about it too. It makes a difference. If you have any sort of allergies they’ll help you pick & choose products that don’t have what you’re allergic to in it as well. If it doesn’t say on the ingredients list the staff will help you search it up online. Very sweet of the staff because they don’t have to do that but they do - they care & it shows.That’s what keeps me coming back time & time again.

Dietary restrictions: Different milk options like milk, coconut milk, oat milk, & almond milk for those that cannot have dairy.“

“Although they do not receive those 5 stars I am at this location often and it is hit or miss more hits I noticed. Efficiently, Organized Staff and they are on it when getting those drinks out. While I appreciate the urgency of completing my order but that's also why they do not get the 5 stars it may get a tad sloppy as this location is always busy busy busy.“

“I don’t know who the young group of ladies/men that were working this morning, but they were very nice and showed great customer service! Part of my order involved 1 dozen glazed donuts and they informed me that they were out, but going to make a fresh batch! They apologized for the wait and even offered me a drink for waiting! “TLDR; Good food. Best service is from Angel, by far. ------------------ The food is pretty good here. I'm a fan of the Ham and Cheese Croissant, because one is a good breakfast. What I most appreciate is the service from Angel. Today I decided I owed him a nice review after almost a year of great service and one instance where he went above and beyond to help me. When I got to my desk and came to post my review, I saw a negative review that surprised me because it contradicts my personal experience over the past year or so. My experience has been that the best service is from Angel who has gotten me in and out quickly and always had a great attitude. I'm actually a little put off when he isn't there because I have come to expect his quick service and never had any problem when he is there. He remembers his regulars' orders and uses that to help serve them faster. One day, I locked myself out of my car and went back in to see if I could get some cardboard to shim the window open. Angel had gone in the back and the girl out front told me they didn't have any cardboard. I'm standing there with their product in my hand and she blew me off on a simple request that meant at lot to me at that point. I could literally see boxes from where I was standing and she should have been able to see I had their bag in my hand from just purchasing food minutes earlier. Angel came out and gave me some cardboard to get into my car. He cared and I appreciated that. That, honestly, cemented them in my mind as my first choice for breakfast when I come into Conroe for work each day. I have walked out when that lady is out front though; not just because of her poor attitude that day, but I have found that when she is out front, the lines get backed up and service takes forever. Angel has always kept the lines short and provided better service. The difference is enough to make me walk out and grab breakfast next door at S***buc*s, when I come in and see the backed up lines waiting for poor service from her. Angel is the best and a big part of why I come in almost daily.“
