“Woke up craving coffee but wanting something different, not from a chain. A quick Google search led us to this little gem. What I thought would be just a quick stop turned into a whole experience — the kids got out to explore a beautiful water fountain with rocks while mom and dad enjoyed some seriously good coffee that did not disappoint. The customer service was excellent, the options were great, and it felt so refreshing to find a local spot like this. Excited to have discovered a new go-to for mornings and a place our family can enjoy together.“

Their cappuccino is one of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever had, and their matcha latte is also very tasty. To top it all, they have a good variety of food and the service is great! “When I went to Joe Merchant's, It had a warm, cozy feeling! It was really nice.I ordered a strawberry acai and it was delicious! The baristas were really nice,too! The food was really good, though! “FedEx Guy here, the Kolaches are a must when you visit here! I got the spicy jalapeño cheese kolache, they are so delicious and soft and u like anything I’ve had before, I highly recommend, the customer service is top notch as always and the blue sprinkled donut I had well I enjoyed plenty as well!“

“This is in fact a real Shipley’s. I was skeptical. I moved to the area recently and it seemed like this was a ghost store or just a historical location. Several times I have gone by to see they are not open.

Today at 9am I was pleased to find that they are actually open. It is only 6am-12 noon they are open.

There was only one lady in there that I could see, she was not very patient nor very friendly. Very cold and mechanical. I asked her about why the store is sometimes closed and she said we are never closed, always open. (Except for hurricane)

I personally tried to come at least 3 times and it was closed before the hurricane, so I don’t trust her response.

Anyway, this is my honest experience of this specific location and I hope it stays “always open” like she said for those of you who love the Shipley’s donut brand.

Parking: There is a limited amount of parking this location is mostly for drive through. The parking lot pavement is in poor condition.“

“By far the best McDonalds experience to date. We come in off the lake to eat a quick breakfast (5 of us)... 1st thing I noticed, the place was very nicely decorated (I make that point because it's rather modern and not your typical booth after booth and uncomfortable chairs). The very kind Manager (Bryant, we learned was his name) helps us with the computer ordering system, we sit down, wifi was easily accessible, said manager delivers our food - hot, prompt and all orders correct. He then asks if we needed condiments, he then delivered said condiments and straws (that we forgot at the drink station). I've never had that type of experience at any fast food restaurant. I've been here before, albeit it's been a little while, but service and technology has improved multi-fold, no doubt. Positive experiences like this should be recognized more.“

“Seeing as they weren't very busy when I stopped in, it took an unnecessarily long time to get a large fry and tea. Staff was nice but not a single hairline the whole store. And everybody had long or shaggy hair. Also, in plain sight of customers, employees on the prep line, eating and didnt change the gloves she was wearing, before making more orders. Pretty sure that's not sanitary. But what do I know. I didn't floss my teeth with any bite of food, so I guess no big deal.“

“Walked in and was greeted with a very clear welcome to McDonald’s. Instant smile. The manager Ms. Sheran with A lol, at register. So high spirited and happy. Heard her clear through her mask every order and change giving back. Definitely made me smile and remember how great it is to hear the respect and kindness in a person dealing with the flow coming in. AWESOME JOB. I will walk in from now on.
