After addressing my concern, the management of Black Rock reached out to me and made an effort to make things right. I truly appreciate that gesture and, as a result, I’m updating my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Thank you for valuing your customers!

This was my third visit to Black Rock Coffee. Overall, the coffee is great—comparable in quality to Starbucks—but the prices are also similar, if not a bit high. I ordered two large drinks and one Lil Rockers, and the total came out to over $20.
The barista who took my order at the drive-thru was friendly and pleasant, which I appreciated. However, the barista who handled the payment and handed me the drinks was noticeably unfriendly. She didn’t ask if I wanted to use my rewards points, didn’t offer a straw, and after handing me the drinks, she immediately shut the window and walked away without a word.
I didn’t leave a tip because I felt the drinks were already overpriced, and I got the sense that my lack of tipping may have influenced her attitude—which is disappointing, especially since she wasn’t the one who made the drinks.
That said, my first two experiences at this location were great, so I’m hoping this was just a one-off. I’d love to see more consistency in customer service.“

“We always enjoy our visits with you. Everything is nicely organized and clean, and we never buy anything anywhere else. One thing that we have been missing is your frozen yogurt. I love to buy several half gallon type sizes of different flavors so that we can mix up our evenings and enjoy different flavors together. Thanks for your time, and I hope to be in your Willis location soon.“

“We tried Honey’s for the first time this morning and we are beyond impressed and can’t wait to go back! We got the Jalapeno Mocha and Cinnamon Hazelnut Latte and they are DELICIOUS!! I was a little hungry too so I ordered the spinach feta panini and I was sooo pleasantly surprised. The flavor was incredible! It was a busy Sunday morning but our order still came out in great timing.“
