The staff makes all the difference, as they are friendly, kind, polite, and remember who you are. Customers are greeted immediately and treated like a person, not just a customer to get through the line. The service is excellent, with baristas having unbelievable customer service skills. The drinks are always right, made exactly with the correct amounts, even for knit-picky orders. The staff is especially helpful to customers from the Senior Living across the store. However, occasionally, there are very loud customers doing work in the store and having extremely loud phone conversations. Despite this, the location is loved for having no wait, staff knowing names, and fixing orders if mistakes are made.
