Walking into the Popeyes on Spring Cypress Rd in Cypress felt like stepping back into the 1950s. The cashier ran the register like he owned it, knew every item on the menu without looking, and answered questions before we finished asking them. While we ordered, a huddle of employees locked in on our ticket and stayed on it until the bag hit the counter.
