Popps Parlor - Old Town Spring is a must-visit for families, especially those with kids. The charming and welcoming atmosphere makes it a fun and relaxing spot for everyone. The ice cream and service is so good. Aside from being an over the top treat, the shop is cute with gourmet popcorn, ice cream, hot chocolate, coffee, and the ULTIMATE MILKSHAKES. Some shakes have an entire slice of cake on top. Yummy delicious milkshakes like brownie dream and s'mores milkshakes are recommended. The root beer floats always hit the spot. Service is amazing and the cashier is friendly. Only gripe is it’s a bit pricey for one of the big shakes.
