This place was great. The gourmet popcorn is delicious and the shakes were a hit as well. The owners and staff are friendly and even washed out our mugs after we finished are shakes.
Incredibly rude service. Don’t ask for extra spoons if you order a milkshake. I ordered 5 shakes for my kids and their cousins and paid $80 ($16 per shake). They wanted to try each other’s shakes so I asked for extra spoons at the counter. Sue (the owner) gave me 4 extra plastic spoons but when I asked her for a 5th spoon she flat out refused and said “No. you can’t have another. I already gave you like 6 spoons.” When I asked her why I couldn’t have another white plastic spoon for my $80 worth of shakes she proceeded to tell me how much she pays for each case of spoons. She finally said “whatever” and gave me a fifth spoon but it ruined the entire experience at Old Town Spring. I will never go back to POPPS. The fun shake flavors are not worth the rude treatment of customers.

One of my first stops every time I go to old town. I get the Cajun popcorn mixed with the hot/spicy popcorn and it’s AMAZING. My daughter loves the strawberry and cheesecake popcorn.I’ve had one of their milkshakes once and it was absolutely amazing! (Can’t remember the name but it had Oreos) To top it all off the customer service is top notch. Will always be back!

My family and I visited this shop a few weeks ago and I absolutely love the store, the staff and especially the owners. The staff was friendly with our busy little ones, patient as they explained the various flavors to my wife (a real popcorn fanatic) and, when I made a mistake and left an important item, the owner truly went above and beyond in a manner that absolutely made my week - an extension of the fantastic service, hospitality, and warmth that we experienced at their fantastic shop. 10/10

Wow. A banana split and their shakes are out of this world. Happy to serve and great customer interaction. Old time flare with modern attitude and the old video games are such a great atmosphere builder. Stop by and try the BBQ Bacon popcorn and a traditional split.

They are awesome! My husband and I go every time we are near Spring to refill our Amish microwave popcorn supply. They have always made a fresh batch of popcorn for us as my husband just loves the plain butter popcorn. We have always received great service and the product is always wonderful. We even enjoyed the ice cream after our dinner on our last visit. The caramel was to die for! We look forward to them possibly expanding to additional locations!

My daughter and I came from Arizona and the owner was incredible. The shakes are amazing. Owners are very friendly and even offered my daughter a cowboy hat from their cowboy jack shake because my daughter loves his show.
