Charleys has really good food. The place was very clean and the manager was very friendly and attentive. He checked on us frequently to make sure everything was OK.

Charley's Cheesesteaks has good food and excellent service. The store is very clean, and the team follows proper procedures for handling food. The fries are right up there with those from a high-end steak restaurant. The Philly Cheesesteak was excellent, and the Chicken Philly was really good, though some may want extra sauce for flavor. The Philly Cheesesteak Meal with Cheesy Fries was absolutely phenomenal—fresh, loaded with toppings, and perfectly seasoned.
The service is exceptional and very nice and helpful. One staff member was incredibly personable and respectful, a rare find in fast food. Another employee welcomed customers with a smile, asked about size preferences, and adjusted sauces for kids. The night shift cook and the entire crew set a high standard for customer service. One employee even ran out the door to return a customer’s purse. Charley's has earned loyal customers with this dedication to quality food and outstanding service. Highly recommend stopping by, especially for the night crew.
