Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress

IHOP is a clean restaurant with good food and friendly service. The CFS and eggs with gravy is a popular item, and the omelettes are well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is lively, with many families visiting and enjoying their meals. Customers appreciate the quick and attentive service, especially from staff members like Olivia, who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The restaurant offers a variety of breakfast options, including a BLT and lemon water. While some find the prices to be high, the overall experience is positive, and many customers plan to return, especially after a pleasant visit that restores their confidence in the quality and service. The location remains a favorite for those craving IHOP, even if it takes a bit longer to get there.
