Jonathan is great, great customer services.
I ordered a salad on the app. I picked it up and found out they were out-of-lettuce. Not much to a salad with no lettuce. No refunds or exchanges because I ordered on the app . Chalk it up to lesson learned.
I went into this Subway and to my surprise, I was greeted with a smile by a wonderful employee who really to pride in his work. Thank you Al for making me feel like a valued customer. It's great to know in one of your stories you have a winner. As I left he said thank you. And my sandwich was delicious.

Subway is a convenient location, situated close to many apartments. The restaurant offers great service and food. Employees, particularly the young man who worked on Saturday, March 30th, demonstrate exceptional skills under pressure. He remained calm, apologized for delays, and went above and beyond to correct mistakes. Despite having long lines, he managed orders efficiently without errors.
