I've been to a bunch of breweries and this is one of the best! So the brewer went to Germany for training and the beer reflects that. Honestly some of the best beer I have ever had with a good mix of American and German classics. Max the tap manger is incredible! He makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. What a great little brewery and tap room! I'll admit, I was a little saddened that they didn't have any porters or stouts. But they do have several other higher ABV offerings and some very flavorful light colored beers. The tap room is very well designed and looks like it is a historical renovation, even though it is clear that they expertly weaved modern amenities (like a flat screen tv) into historical details.
