This was my third visit to Black Rock Coffee. Overall, the coffee is great—comparable in quality to Starbucks—but the prices are also similar, if not a bit high. I ordered two large drinks and one Lil Rockers, and the total came out to over $20.

The barista who took my order at the drive-thru was friendly and pleasant, which I appreciated. However, the barista who handled the payment and handed me the drinks was noticeably unfriendly. She didn’t ask if I wanted to use my rewards points, didn’t offer a straw, and after handing me the drinks, she immediately shut the window and walked away without a word.

I didn’t leave a tip because I felt the drinks were already overpriced, and I got the sense that my lack of tipping may have influenced her attitude—which is disappointing, especially since she wasn’t the one who made the drinks.

That said, my first two experiences at this location were great, so I’m hoping this was just a one-off. I’d love to see more consistency in customer service.“

“MOD was my favorite pizza UNTIL I tried Crust Pizza!! Crust Pizza is perfect every time without the need to make special requests, as needed at other pizza businesses that still don’t get it right. Crust Pizza evenly applies the sauce and toppings all the way out to the edges of the pizza, they don’t just clump them in a few areas or in the center with nothing on the outer edges. I never get charred or burnt crust which ruins the pizza for me. CRUST PIZZA CO. IS THE PERFECT PIZZA EVERY TIME, WITHOUT FAIL!!“

“Food was excellent. Chloe was the bartender that day, and helped me narrow down what I wanted for lunch. Even though it was pretty busy, I was treated like the most important customer in her section. Phillip (I think) was managing that day and he came by to ask how everything was. “I came for the first time and ordered the grilled cheese sandwich with sweet potato fries. I really enjoyed it. My friend ordered the meatloaf sandwich and said it was a little disappointing. Too much sausage for him. He did enjoy the French fries. The margaritas were excellent. I recommend this place because it has a great atmosphere to it and I did enjoy my food.“

The staff was very helpful and friendly and even helped me chose a drink, a hot, seasonal option, the honey cinnamon latte. Today i got the chicken ball an green beans instead of fries an they where awesome will keep purchasing from him. Really good you wont be disappointed. Very friendly also. No mixing frying chicken in fish grease each has its own frier . So chichen doesnt tadtr like shrimp or catfish. Cholesterol free oil no MSG at all. Which is like for me a heart attack i cannt have even a speck of MSG without going into shock. So i am so grateful they are a responsible food provider. “This place is so packed. Like crazy packed. But the staff operates beautifully. They are all Running around so fast. So many of them. Always watching out for the crowd of people. I don’t go to places like this often because it’s just too many people for me. But this was a nice trip. Sunny was our server. I must have asked for more time 4 times. 🙌🏼🤣 He was so nice and patient. They won’t recommend products that they know nothing about & will be honest about it too. It makes a difference.
