“I went to the Chick-fil-A in Pearland today and overall had a really good experience. At first my order was slightly messed up — nothing major, but I did need the correct meal. I called and they were super kind and told me to come back for a replacement sandwich.

When I came back, they didn’t charge me at all. I also asked if I could order a drink, and they told me it was on the house too. On top of that, they surprised me with a brownie in the bag. That small act of kindness honestly meant a lot — it made me feel really grateful and lowkey lifted my mood on a pretty mid day.

Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it with kindness and generosity really stood out. Great customer service and they genuinely care about their guests. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Can you ever go wrong with Chick-fil-a. Yes, their chicken is WELL brined and causes me to “feel things”, but as a once in a while food, it’s delicious! Love their salad with avocado lime ranch dressing, the best Mac and cheese in fast food, and the deluxe sandwich is my favorite, no salt on fries. Dining in, the staff is polite and aim to please.“
