Did a mobile order to avoid the line. Order was made and was not put in the pick up area, but was put behind the counter without any call out of my name. I had to look at the counter and ask for the food myself. With worse vision, I would not have been able to make out my name on the bag. After receiving the order, the fries were good, but the fried nugget tasted very old and did not look like chcikfila nuggets, more like whataburger nuggets.
Service has gone way down hill! Drive through is a cluster. Never ever have I waited as long as I did for my order. I will no longer visit this location. Too many issues the last few months.

I’ve never had problems with this Chil fil a but today is a little off for them. I ordered a market salad and instead got the spicy southwest salad… even though the sicker on the lid of the salad says market salad. I’m not too upset bc I know it’s going to be a good salad, but just not what I was craving. Plus when I got to the window, they told me a wrong name, I corrected them and still got the wrong salad. Agh
