If I could give this place a zero, I would. I don't even know how this Location is still in business. My sister's cookie was wrong. I called yesterday and spoke with an employee, he said he would remake the cookie and I could pick-up in two hours. About 30 minutes later the manager, Manuel called told me they would not remake my cookie and he flat out told me, I was lying and that my cookie was correct. I asked him for the number to corporate and he said and I quote "hell naw"...read full review

The young Áfrican American decided to talk to somebody in the counter.she was ignoring me for 20Minutes never took my order so I left bad service hire energetic people that want to work

These cookies have changed since the last time we’ve had them. They are so paper thin and dry that I thought I was eating a sweet cracker crisp. If this is the same at all the other GAC I will not be eating them ever again. So disappointed☹️
