Marco's Pizza in Richmond

“I absolutely love Marco’s Pizza! Their cheese pizza is phenomenal, every slice is perfectly cheesy and delicious. What really stands out, though, is their wonderful community spirit. They occasionally offer free pizza to the people praying at the mosque, and it’s such a heartwarming gesture. It’s clear they really appreciate and value the entire community. Highly recommend checking them out!“

“I’m not feeling well so I ended up ordering pizza on a rainy day. The store was backed up with deliveries bc of the rain. I got a notice from door dash that my order was being picked up but I ordered directly from Marco’s. I called the store to see what was going on and Michael explained everything to me as why DoorDash had to be used to help the store get deliveries out on time. That’s cool, no worries. I was told my order was fresh and being sent out the door. Later I was given a call back and asked if I received my order. I hadn’t. Another door dasher came to pick up my order that was already sent out so obviously something went wrong with the 1st DD driver. Michael apologized and told me that he was remaking my order and having the store driver bring it for me. I really appreciate the communication and customer service that I was provided. What happened to my order was not Marcos fault at all and Michael made it right anyway. Manager Michael is so professional and cares about his customers!!! Im grateful and appreciative especially since I was unable to cook today, the weather is bad, and I have my hungry kiddo acting like he hasn’t eaten in three days. Michael did his best to make sure I was taken care of. He’s the best! Thank you very much.“

“Everything you want in a local pizza place with that franchize consistancy! This was my first visit and it will not be the last. The pizza delicious with very fresh tasting toppings. The staff were energetic, friendly and seems to be enjoying themselves. We enjoyed a 2-topping large w mushrooms & beef. We also got a specialty large - philly cheese w chicked instead of steak. Top notch and a noticable improvement to our usual Thursday night pizza choice. Plenty of coupons on the app for budget conscious households. The most impressive part about the experience was the service after the service. I had placed a stardard order with one of their awesome coupons; but because it was a fund raising I did not realize that coupons could not be applied as they were giving a decent chunk of sales to the organization. Had I known - I probably would have just gotten the 1 large. I realized this after I got home and shot Marco's an email explaining my mistake. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was not unhappy and for that, they have gained a dedicated customer. Great job Marcos!!
