Great service, great food (highly recommend the Roosevelt), and priced right.
This place is amazing. Burger was great! Fries were the best! Milk shake was delicious!!
Memphis location has terrible service. We had a party of 5 and our food didn't come out until several others who had come in after us were served. Our meals came out one at a time and two of us were done eating by the time the last meal was served. Then, we didn't received a milkshake we had ordered even though we reminded them 3 times. I walked up, as we were leaving, and asked one of the managers that we had talked to and she said she would refund it . 10 days later, no refund....read full review

Drinks are also great, and the staff handles any order errors right away.
The service is over the top and truly makes the experience special. The team provides warm, polished, and attentive hospitality. Lanvy was amazing, outgoing, personable, and friendly, and recommended the mushroom burger. Emily and Alexa were awesome and made sure guests were attended to. The kitchen manager brought seasonings on the side so a guest could customize their sandwich. Staff are helpful, friendly, kind, and understanding. If a drink is not liked, they exchange it with no problem. This location is a place worth stopping by for both the food and the overall experience.
